How It Works

  You transfer cash or securities to Winsor.

   Winsor pays you and/or any other beneficiaries you name (maximum of two), fixed income for

  The principal passes to Winsor when the contract ends at the passing of all income

• Your annuity payments are guaranteed for life and are backed by the full assets of the Winsor School.
• Your annuity payments are taxed at a combination of rates, — ordinary, capital gains and, possibly, some tax-free income.
