Would you like to receive income even as you provide Winsor with future support? Are you interested in maximizing your tax benefits by generating deductions or avoiding capital gain tax? If so, you may wish to consider the benefits of creative giving.

Gifts That Give Back

• A Charitable Gift Annuity is a simple contract that provides fixed dollar payments, guaranteed for life, for one or two income beneficiaries. The payout rate is based upon the age of the income beneficiaries and the minimum gift level is $10,000.
• A Deferred Payment Charitable Gift Annuity provides income that may be deferred to a later date to suit your needs, e.g., supplementing retirement income. Payments are guaranteed for life. The minimum gift level is $10,000.
• The Winsor Pooled Income Fund is an ideal option for the person who prefers to receive income that has the opportunity to increase over time. Assets are commingled with those of other donors and income is distributed quarterly. The minimum gift level is $10,000.
• A Charitable Remainder Unitrust is a separately managed trust that provides for a fixed percentage of its value to be paid quarterly to the beneficiary or beneficiaries you name. They are ideal for people who prefer the investment flexibility these can provide. The minimum gift level is $100,000.
• A Charitable Remainder Annuity Trust is separately managed to provide the income beneficiaries with a fixed dollar income, paid quarterly. These have an appeal for individuals who seek an alternative to provide for family priorities, such as the tuition of a child or grandchild. The minimum gift is $100,000.
